8.5 is a leaked version, in spanish, however you can download a .exe to change the language. The release is not official and you can't download it from microsoft. Be wary though, as it doesn't comes from microsoft (the download) there could be unwanted files with them. Just wait another week or so and the official version will be released. The change are just visual, no extra options.download it here:
